Zero Hour Contracts

zero hoursOn the 25th August 2014 the Government launched a consultation aimed at identifying and closing any loopholes regarding exclusivity clauses in zero-hours contracts. Unlimited Holiday Allowance?

Virgin on HolidaysVirgin staff will be allowed to take as much holiday as they want, when they want, Sir Richard Branson announces. Many managers can no longer track how many hours their employees spend on their job and this undermines the old fashioned system of tracking holiday time.
