Sandra McLellan

FCIPD, Founder/Director

With nearly 30 years of specialist expertise in driving HR initiatives at major household names such as Dixon’s Stores Group, Hilton Hotels and Radisson Hotels, Sandra is skilled in managing HR functions while keeping a commercial focus.

Since launching hr inspire in 2012, Sandra has built the business to become the partner of choice for over 100 customers, including big brands such as Amazon, Virgin Active and Royal Voluntary Service.

Ann Miller

FCIPD, Senior HR Consultant

Experienced HR and Change Leader within Public and Private sectors. Operating as a member of the Senior Executive Leadership team and as a Strategic Business Partner, Coach and trusted advisor to Senior Executives. Ann is a passionate people leader motivated by unlocking the potential of people, teams and organisations through teamwork and collaboration.

Suzanne Hurndall

Relationship Director

With specialist expertise in leadership, change management, strategy, acquisition, workplace culture, transformation and discrimination, Suzanne also heads up the consultancy’s new Respect for People initiative, designed to promote and support organisations in driving dignity and respect in the workplace.

Along with her experience in the HR sector, Suzanne has in-depth knowledge of the hospitality, private equity and retail sectors. She also works as CEO for hospitality and commercial property business, Clarenco, and has held senior positions as Board Director for Dreams, The Red Group and DSGi Business.

Jacqui O’Callaghan

MCIPD, HR Consultant

Graduating with a first-class honours in business administration and human resources management, Jacqui has over fifteen years’ of HR experience.
Working across a wide variety sectors, including Care, Manufacturing and Retail, Jacqui has overseen, advised and supported on all areas of HR.

Sally Ward

MCIPD, HR Reward Consultant

An experienced HR Professional with a strong Retail, Distribution and Financial Services background. Sally has 21 years’ HR experience, with the last 18 years as a Reward specialist.

She is experienced in the design and implementation of reward solutions to attract, motivate and retain; and uses her expertise to support us with senior level recruitment, searching for great candidates for ‘hard to fill’ vacancies and all things ‘Reward’

Nicole Hershon

Nicole has a wealth of global HR experience spanning the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand allowing her over the past 15 years to develop deep skills in HR strategy and operations.
Her skills allow us at hr inspire to support and guide our customers in providing MI dashboards depicting HR KPI for our customers and senior management. Her skills in turning this data into meaningful information allows us to be true business partners with our customers.

Helen Kenny

Helen has extensive experience of Employee Relations, Change Management and Business Partnering at a high level within the hospitality, manufacturing and leisure industries.

With a career supporting some of the UK’s largest retail brands, Jo has held HR & ER roles at organisations including Dixons Carphone, Comet and BHS.

Jo’s knowledge spans both HR & ER specialisms, including disciplinary & grievances, sickness & absence management and HR policy development and maintenance.

Jean-Marie is well experienced HR professional with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. Jean-Marie has a great desire for helping and advising colleagues and clients through all levels of employee relation challenges. Jean-Marie not only keeps a fast paced working lifestyle but in her spare time she is a qualified fitness instructor and offers her personal training skills and knowledge with aspirations of helping those get to their desired fitness levels.

Charlotte has joined the hr inspire team as a HR/ER Advisor with over 10 years of experience she is looking to develop her career further and soon become a HR consultant. Charlotte possess a wealth of experience and knowledge with a keen passion in HR policies, succession planning and recruiting.

With previous experience in a large oil and energy company Charlotte is used to a fast paced working environment and resolving various types of HR challenges. Charlotte has a great passion and enjoyment in keeping up to date with the latest news and trends in HR.

HR Apprentice

Molly is currently studying towards CIPD Level 3 as a HR Apprentice at hr inspire.

During her apprenticeship, Molly is gaining experience across all HR specialities as well as the wider business including recruitment and marketing.

After 13 years as a Nurse in the NHS, Sarah decided 6 years ago to study for her AAT Diploma in Accounting. She now successfully provides us the benefit of her skills with our accounting processes.
Sarah’s approach to making sure that “no stone is left unturned” in balancing our books ensures we constantly thrive to ensure our customers get great value for money!

Shahbaz Shah

Marketing & Business Development Executive 

Shahbaz is our Head of Marketing and Business Development Executive who works within multiple areas of the business to help grow and develop the brand through various channels.

With a passion for event management Shahbaz is involved in all marketing events which hr inspire host to help enable further engagement, brand awareness and perception of the business. Shahbaz is also for responsible for the content management of all Marketing communications both internal and external of the business.

Shahbaz holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic and Digital Marketing MSc and is seeking to do further higher education to develop his knowledge further on business operations.
